Staff starts with people. And also continues with them. Of all the structural units of the company, it is the HR department whose work is based on the truest concern for colleagues. And we must say frankly – it is a privilege to take care of the well-being of colleagues every day, by organising various trainings and events, as well as by doing all those things that, perhaps, are not so noticeable, but are and remain important, so that each of us here feels respected and valued.

We have introduced a nice tradition. In addition to the annual day of new employees, for the third time we are organising the breakfast morning of Knauf new colleagues. Once a quarter, our younger Knauf colleagues are welcome to have a joint breakfast morning with company manager Arnis Ivanovs.

Yes, it is exactly as the title implies. It feels so sweet, as if a new member has joined the family. But call it what you want – an addition, an increase or something else – it does not change the essence of the matter. The Knauf team has become bigger and therefore stronger. A new breath always gives new energy and more power, so that the company develops even faster and better. We welcome the new colleagues to the Knauf team and wish them luck and success in their new professional challenges!
